Merry Hell – Main Room Sold Out! Bar Area Now On Sale

rising of the bold album art

Liverpool Acoustic is delighted to welcome Merry Hell back to the Music Room on Sunday 31st May with Rising of the Bold — a night that promises the band’s trademark mix of fiery folk?rock, big?hearted storytelling, and the kind of communal energy that turns a concert into a celebration.

Following a string of acclaimed releases and a reputation for live shows that lift spirits and raise voices, Merry Hell return to Liverpool at full strength. Their songs of hope, humanity, resistance, and joy have earned them a loyal following across the UK folk scene, and their Music Room appearances have become something of an annual highlight.

This year’s show brings a renewed sense of purpose and momentum. With the main room (premium and regular) now completely sold out, demand has been stronger than ever. To accommodate the growing audience, bar?area seating has been released and is now on sale — and we’d love to see that sell out too.

If you’ve been waiting for the right moment to book, this is it.

Special Guest Helen Maw

Liverpool Acoustic is thrilled to announce Helen Maw as the support act for this year’s Merry Hell Music Room show.

Helen made a remarkable impression at the Liverpool Acoustic Songwriting Challenge 2025 Showcase Final, winning both the Judges’ Award and the Chris Callander Audience Favourite Award.

Her warm, melodic songwriting and quietly powerful stage presence captivated the room, marking her as one of Liverpool’s most exciting emerging voices.

Helen’s set will be the perfect introduction to an evening built on connection, craft, and community.
