Local musician and Liverpool Acoustic Songwriting Challenge judge Robert Vincent has won Artist of the Year at the UK Americana Awards 2021.
Run by Americana UK, the UK Americana Awards recognises the brightest and best from the Americana music scene in this country and overseas.
The ceremony, which took place online on the evening of 28th January 2021, was hosted by ‘Whispering’ Bob Harris.
In addition to taking away the coveted Artist of the Year award, Rob also scooped Album of the Year for his new release In This Town You’re Owned, produced by Ethan Johns.
And Mr Vincent wasn’t the only local winner, with Anna Corcoran taking home the award for UK Instrumentalist of the Year!
