National and international guests at Tuesday Tunes 22/08/17
Tuesday Tunes is Liverpool Acoustic’s weekly open mic.
It takes place every Tuesday in the newly refurbished front bar at 81 Renshaw, situated at the Bombed-out Church end of Renshaw Street.
Each week normally features one or two featured guests sandwiched beautifully between our lovely open mic performers.
However, this coming Tuesday 22nd August 2017 sees something extra special with not one, not two, but three guest acts. Are we good to you, or what?
We’ve got Los Feliz [Brighton], Aidy Killens [Cambridge], and Anny Celsi and Nelson Bragg [Los Angeles].
The evening runs from 8.00pm to 11.00pm and is hosted as usual by Liverpool Acoustic favourites Pete King & Derek King who help to make this one of the friendliest music nights in Liverpool.
There will be a few open mic slots available so if you’d like to play please post on the Facebook event page to secure your slot.
As always we encourage performers to arrive early and stay after they’ve played to support other performers. There is a decent PA at the venue, a mic and stand, and some cables as well – if you need extra mics and things please bring your own along. Oh, and please bring your instrument too (i.e. snap your own strings!).
Los Feliz

Aidy Killens
