Liverpool Acoustic Open Mic moves to The Baltic Social
We’ve been running the Liverpool Acoustic Open Mic every Monday night at Sound Food and Drink for two and a half years.
Sound Food and Drink has now closed for three months for an exciting refurbishment so in the meantime we’re moving our popular weekly event to The Baltic Social. This venue can be found on the ground floor of the Elevator Studio building on Parliament Street, in the Baltic Triangle.
We’ve hosted Threshold Festival’s Liverpool Acoustic Afternoon at The Baltic Social for the past five years so it seemed to us to be a natural move to make.
There’s a new start and finish time too, with the event kicking off at 8.00pm and finishing when the venue closes at 11.00pm.
There will be plenty of open mic slots available, with each performer playing three songs (no longer than 15 minutes, please!). Those musicians wishing to play can request a spot on the facebook event and should bring along their own instrument to play.
