In addition to our weekly open mic (going from strength to strength at Sound Food and Drink on Monday evenings, by the way!) November sees four events from Liverpool Acoustic. We’re joining forces with Mellowtone again to bring two Songwriters at the Lantern events, with each one being an EP launch. The first of these is on Wednesday 4th with Emilio Pinchi supported by Katie and I, and the second is Paul Wilkes supported by Mark Byrne on Wednesday 25th. We’re also excited to be hosting Attila the Stockbroker’s UK tour at the View Two Gallery on Saturday 21st and the Showcase Final for the Liverpool Acoustic Songwriting Challenge on Friday 27th.
LIVERPOOL ACOUSTIC OPEN MIC
@ SOUND FOOD AND DRINK
The weekly Liverpool Acoustic Open Mic takes place every Monday at Sound Food and Drink on Duke Street. The venue has a fine selection of drinks plus some of the best handmade pizza in town, and is a perfect setting for live music. Alternate weeks are hosted by Liverpool Acoustic’s Three Minute Hero (Stuart Todd) and K’s Choice Acoustic (Derek King).
Each night starts at 8.30pm, runs through to 11.30pm, and features one or two booked acts alongside the open mic. Musicians wishing to reserve an open mic slot can either turn up early and add their name to the list or request a slot online by posting on the facebook event page at facebook.com/liverpoolacoustic/events

Support on the night is from Katie and I, plus Beaten Tracks DJs will be spinning tunes between performances.
Tickets are available now in advance for £5.00 (+50p booking fee) from wegottickets.com/liverpoolacoustic or for £6 on the door on the night. Doors at the Lantern Theatre on Blundell Street open at 8.00pm.
