Liverpool Acoustic Live this coming Friday 23rd August is taking place thousands of miles and hundreds of years ago.
The top floor performance space at the View Two Gallery has been transformed into an 18th Century Imperial Chinese Building, complete with ornamental garden!
You can read all about it here viewtwogallery.co.uk/?p=1445
Yuanmingyuan and 18th Century Chinese Gardens is a unique exhibition, only available until Sunday 25th, so Friday night is a great opportunity to see it and enjoy some fantastic music at the same time.
We’ve got fantastic folk rock from London’s Galley Beggar. In the review of last year’s gig published in FATEA Magazine, Peter Cowley wrote “a fantastic performance from an outstanding band. Get to see them if you can.” (read the full review here)
Support is from talented local singer songwriters Alister Said and Shannen Bamford.
Doors open at our new earlier time of 7.45pm, and the music starts at 8.15pm on the dot and finishes at 10.45pm.
Entry is £6 on the door or £5 in advance from wegottickets.com/liverpoolacoustic
The facebook event can be found here and you can listen to one song from each of the artists on the Liverpool Acoustic Spotlight #97.
