CAROLINE ENGLAND
carolineengland.co.uk
Obsessively ginger and proud this soulful lass has been writing and recording for well over a decade now. When pressed she will confess she has no overwhelming desire to become super rich or mega famous, however she does admit that she loves it when people connect with her songs and gets an honest ego boost when they recommend a friend.
This eclectic music is highly influenced by her environment and she resides on the corner of the Wirral peninsula in the sandy seaside town of Hoylake, well known as a creative hub for the arts and its maritime heritage. Here she is known to regularly sing and support the locals in their enthusiastic growing of vegetables and flowers dotted around the village in wooden tubs.
In a world where today’s media are more likely to write about a woman’s dress size and appearance than her achievements, Caroline is a devoted Role Model for Girls Out Loud. An inspiring organisation that visits schools to engage with teenage girls about self esteem, career aspirations, personal identity and empowerment.
Singer songwriter Caroline England has been making waves in the UK music scene and has earned the title ‘One To Watch’ as chosen by the BBC.
ZOE WEST
www.zoe-west.comZoe West is a singer-songwriter originally from smog filled Teesside in the North-East of England, but now living in Surrey whilst pursuing her musical adventure. Writing and performing from an incredibly young age, it’s clear she feels at home on a stage. She captivates and delights audiences with her acoustic music delivering strong melodies and honest lyrics. Taking inspiration from artists such as Billy Bragg, Frank Turner, and Bruce Springsteen, Zoe has a passion for playing shows as often as possible, in as many corners of the country as possible, something she hopes to continue and further in the near future.
