Heaven’s Gate and Liverpool Acoustic present We Shall Overcome all-dayer this Saturday
Heaven’s Gate and Liverpool Acoustic join forces this Saturday 6th October 2018 to bring you a full day of live, original music at 81 Renshaw as part We Shall Overcome weekend.
Once a year We Shall Overcome sees musicians, venues, promoters and supporters right across the country hosting events to raise awareness of, and much needed funds for, local charities helping those in society at the sharp end of the austerity cuts.
The event this Saturday is a minimum donation of £3 on the door, with all money raised going to the work of Liverpool Charity and Voluntary Services (LCVS).
The afternoon starts at 1.00pm and runs through to 5.00pm. After a break for food and to rearrange the furniture the music restarts at 6.30pm and finishes at 11.15pm.
There’s an exciting lineup of local and regional performers to keep you entertained. Food and drink are available all day, and the afternoon session is family friendly.
So come along, listen to great music, mix with friends old and new, eat good food, have a drink, and stand together in solidarity – it’s what Liverpool does best!
