Liverpool Acoustic Live’s 5th birthday bash takes place on Friday 28th February at the View Two Gallery. It stars Alun Parry, with support from Scarborough’s Joe Solo, local collective Operation Lightfoot, and winner of the Liverpool Acoustic Songwriting Challenge 2013 Alexandra Jayne.
The Liverpool Acoustic Spotlight will be along soon featuring music from all of the artists, but until then we thought we’d give one lucky person the chance to win two tickets to the show with a bottle of wine (or two drinks of your choice) thrown in for good measure.
All you need to do is answer this simple question:-
Who were the four performers at the first Liverpool Acoustic Live event back in February 2009?
We don’t want to give too much away, but the ‘Previous events’ page on our website might be a good place to look. Just saying!
Email your answer to firstname.lastname@example.org
Entries close at midnight on Friday 21st February and the winner will be announced the next day on twitter and facebook.
Of course, this competition shouldn’t prevent anyone from getting their £5 tickets in advance (advisable!) from wegottickets.com/liverpoolacoustic to avoid disappointment.

Liverpool Acoustic is the only website of its kind in the UK. It was founded by Graham Holland in April 2008 as a central resource for the vibrant and exciting acoustic music scene in Liverpool and the Greater Merseyside area. The website publishes news from the local acoustic music scene, previews of upcoming events, reviews of music releases and gigs, and the Liverpool Acoustic Spotlight podcast. This content is available for free via email subscription. The diary lists acoustic events including festivals, theatre concerts, folk clubs, showcases and open mic nights.
