Also playing as part of a great line-up will be Frazer Churchill and his Jazz Band, and James Whitehouse. There will be open mic slots available too if anyone else wants to play. The night starts at 9.00pm, with the first act on at 9.30pm and the night finishing around midnight (although there’s a late license to stay open longer if it’s busy!). You’ll find drinks offers of £2.50 for single spirit and mixer, and £3.50 doubles. 2-4-1 on cocktails are complimented by 2 bottles of lager for only £3.00! And if you want to keep up with who’s playing Monday Marmalade each week then you can find out on the facebook group.
Liverpool Acoustic is the only website of its kind in the UK. It was founded by Graham Holland in April 2008 as a central resource for the vibrant and exciting acoustic music scene in Liverpool and the Greater Merseyside area. The website publishes news from the local acoustic music scene, previews of upcoming events, reviews of music releases and gigs, and the Liverpool Acoustic Spotlight podcast. This content is available for free via email subscription. The diary lists acoustic events including festivals, theatre concerts, folk clubs, showcases and open mic nights.
