Twas the night before the night before Christmas And all round the Liverpool Acoustic HQ Not a creature was stirring Not even a Gruffalo That’s because the Liverpool Acoustic team members are taking a well-earned festive break. Don’t worry though, we’ll be back on New Year’s Day with January’s newsletter, and a whole twelve months of news, reviews, podcasts, and live events to look forward to. Don’t forget, if you’re heading out to any of the events in the Liverpool Acoustic Diary at this time of year then it’s probably worth checking beforehand to make sure it’s still taking place before you head out through the door.
Happy Christmas from the Liverpool Acoustic team – Graham, Stuart, Al, Allan, Robbo – and thanks to anyone else who’s contributed in any way during 2011.
Liverpool Acoustic is the only website of its kind in the UK. It was founded by Graham Holland in April 2008 as a central resource for the vibrant and exciting acoustic music scene in Liverpool and the Greater Merseyside area. The website publishes news from the local acoustic music scene, previews of upcoming events, reviews of music releases and gigs, and the Liverpool Acoustic Spotlight podcast. This content is available for free via email subscription. The diary lists acoustic events including festivals, theatre concerts, folk clubs, showcases and open mic nights.
