There's a cracking gig coming up this Sunday 25th October when The Chalk Circle Collective bring their Revolutionary Ballads to the Lantern Theatre. Joining them will be internationally-renowned radical folk singer Frankie Armstrong (last seen in Liverpool in 2013 for Celebrating Subversion) who'll be accompanied by multi-instrumentalist Mikey Price for the duo's unique interpretation of the songs of Bertolt Brecht.

Combining spine-tingling close harmony a capella songs with a foot-stomping, timber-shivering bow 'n' bellows band, REVOLUTIONARY BALLADS, composed by KIRSTY MARTIN, is a musical reimagining of THE CAUCASIAN CHALK CIRCLE, Bertholt Brecht's iconic story of social unrest, loyalty and justice.
