DESCRIPTION:THIS SHOW IS NOW SOLD OUT\n\n\n\nAfter selling out the last three years Liverpool Acoustic’s favourite folk-rock band returns for another hell-raising show at the Liverpool Philharmonic Hall’s Music Room on [date to be confirmed]. \n\n\n\nSupport on the night is from respected local folk artist Gerry Ffrench. \n\n\n\nMerry Hell have made a name for themselves in recent years as one of the most energetic and entertaining bands on the UK folk festival circuit\, with four critically acclaimed albums under their belts. \n\n\n\nFounded on the ever-evolving Folk tradition – music made by the people and shared by the people. Though their hearts and souls are tuned to the songs which came before\, Merry Hell bring us new words and music forged from their own experiences\, from the lows and the loves of their lives. \n\n\n\nEmerging from the ashes of festival favourites\, punk folk band Tansads\, Merry Hell retains a nucleus of brothers John\, Bob and Andrew Kettle (guitar\, mandolin and vocals respectively)\, along with keyboard player\, Lee Goulding and drummer Andy Jones\, and the addition of keys and vocalist\, Virginia Kettle has helped create a new identity\, purpose and spirit\, in their music. \n\n\n\nThis is a standing event.  There are chairs in the bar area on a first come\, first served basis. \n\n\n\nNOTE –  Liverpool Philharmonic reserves the right to reschedule\, move this show to the main hall\, or reduce capacity if required due to Covid-19 restrictions. \n\n\n\n£14 (£12 concessions)
