DESCRIPTION:Our penultimate Liverpool Acoustic Live at the View Two Gallery before its closure features returning guest Richard de Bastion. Berlin-based Richard last performed in Liverpool at 2016’s 50 Years of Revolver gig when he performed For No One and Doctor Robert alongside his daughter Roxanne de Bastion. He previously played at the View Two in 2014 with Amanda Kostadinov and the Gale Force Band. \nSupport will be announced soon. \nTickets are £6 in advance and £7 on the door.\nDoors open at 7.30pm and the music kicks off at 8.00pm

He uses one acoustic guitar to create drum sounds\, basslines and twisting melodies all at the same time. His emphasis is still on the soulful vocals and songwriting\, and his original material is influenced by everything from Robert Johnson to Radiohead. \nLive\, he combines deeply personal performances and a natural wit\, with a once seen\, never forgotten two-handed guitar style\, both physical and complex\, producing sounds you can barely believe are coming from a humble acoustic guitar. \nTickets are £15 from the Liverpool Philharmonic box office. \n7pm doors for an 8pm start. \n\nPlease note that this is a standing concert.
