Fresh from playing festivals at Unity Theatre and Threshold, Rosenblume continues to gather pace on the Liverpool music scene by effortlessly melding country, folk and Americana. Rosenblume is the brainchild of Liverpool born artist Daniel Ross, whose voice slightly resembles James Taylor. This is appropriate, as the artist is inspired by the Greenwich Village and Laurel Canyon scenes of 1960s/70s.

All Through The Fire, All Through The Rain picks up where last years single ‘Knight In Shining Armour‘ left off. The title song is a strong opener but Constant Lover is the real highlight; a beautiful melody that benefits from the inclusion of Irish fiddle. The EP is worth purchasing on the strength of that song alone. The rest of the set isn’t too shoody either. The piano-led ballad Lost In The Air is perhaps the artist’s most personal statement, whilst Nerves of Steel concludes the program in admirably fashion.

Overall this release is elevated by stirring performances, strong material and top notch production.

All Through The Fire, All Through The Rain is available to download from iTunes from Monday 27th April 2015.
