No sooner has Liverpool Acoustic started to push the publicity for the Liverpool Acoustic Afternoon at Threshold Festival than we receive a deluge of emails and message from local musicians asking if we’ve possibly got a slot for them to play. And every year we have to tell them that they’re waaayyy too late!
So if you’re a musician and you’d like to play at Threshold V in March 2015 then read carefully and ACT NOW!
The musicians we pick for the Liverpool Acoustic Afternoon all come from the pool of musicians who’ve been accepted after applying through the official submission process – details below.

With five months to go until Threshold 2015, the grass-roots music and arts festival has announced ReverbNation as its preferred submissions platform. Bands and musicians interested in applying to play at Threshold 2015, which takes place on March 27-29th, 2015 in Liverpool’s Baltic Triangle, can now apply via ReverbNation here.
The submissions window is open until midnight on December 1st 2014 after which, no further applications will be accepted.
Limited Early Bird Weekend Tickets for Threshold V are available at £10 until January 1st when they go up to full price.

Liverpool Acoustic is the only website of its kind in the UK. It was founded by Graham Holland in April 2008 as a central resource for the vibrant and exciting acoustic music scene in Liverpool and the Greater Merseyside area. The website publishes news from the local acoustic music scene, previews of upcoming events, reviews of music releases and gigs, and the Liverpool Acoustic Spotlight podcast. This content is available for free via email subscription. The diary lists acoustic events including festivals, theatre concerts, folk clubs, showcases and open mic nights.
