Stanley Park & Sefton Park Bandstands

This summer as part Liverpool International Music Festival (LIMF), Open Culture and Culture Liverpool are inviting you to perform as part of a magnificent melee of music on two of Liverpool’s bandstands; Sefton and Stanley Park Bandstands.

From Saturday 12th July to Sunday 7th September, these two Victorian Bandstands promise an array of entertainment that truly boasts something for everyone. Swing Bands, Brass Bands, Acoustic, Electronica, Rock, Reggae, Funk, Folk and Ska.

And best of all…it’s free and for everyone!

LIMF Bandstand launches on the weekend of 12th and 13th July, to coincide with ‘Our Big Gig’, which is a UK-wide celebration of community music, from 1.00pm to 5.00pm on Saturday 12th July at Sefton Park Bandstand and on Sunday 13th July at Stanley Park Bandstand.

LIMF Bandstand will then continue on the two beautiful Bandstands from Sunday 3rd August until Sunday 7th September.

Want to perform in LIMF Bandstand?
 
Open Culture are working in partnership with Culture Liverpool and are inviting performers of all kinds to perform including: musicians, bands, singers, choirs, brass bands, comedians, poets, theatre groups, community groups and other acts.  
 
Each programmed day on the bandstands will offer the support of a professional sound engineer and a quality PA.

About Liverpool Acoustic
