It’s been over two years since Jesca Hoop last played in Liverpool and the guys from Mellowtone, in association with Ceremony Concerts and Hey Manchester, are delighted to bring her back with a rare headline show to mark the release of her new album, Born To.
Jesca Hoop plays Leaf this Thursday 28th June 2012. Support on the night is from Natalie McCool, and Jay Lewis, and a Mellowtone night wouldn’t be complete without Beaten Tracks DJs spinning tunes between sets.
Tickets are £7.50 in advance from ticketweb, and the event starts at 8.00pm.
Liverpool Acoustic is the only website of its kind in the UK. It was created by Graham Holland in April 2008 as a central resource for the vibrant and exciting acoustic music scene in Liverpool and the Greater Merseyside area. The website publishes news from the local acoustic music scene, previews of upcoming events, reviews of music releases and gigs, interviews with local musicians, the Liverpool Acoustic Spotlight podcast, and a newsletter on the first of each month. This content is also available for free via email subscription. The diary lists acoustic events including festivals, theatre concerts, folk clubs, showcases and open mic nights.
