KCO to launch new name and EP at The Masque, October 21st

For the Kevin Critchley Outfit, otherwise known as KCO, Friday 21st October 2011 is a real Red Letter Day.

The reason? Well, there are a few, actually.

Apart from the fact that their gig at The Masque Theatre on Seel Street is their biggest ever, with the addition of an extended string section and the Sense of Sound singers, the band will also be launching their brand new CD and their brand new band name too!

No longer will we have to ask ourselves that age-old question, “Is it KCO or the Kevin Critchley Outfit?”. We’d love to tell you what the new name is now, but if we did then we’d have to kill you… assuming Kevin and the gang don’t kill us first!

And to help the band celebrate their re-branding, the soon-to-be-ex-KCO will be joined on the night by the atmospheric folk of Bird, the acoustic electronic sound of Deafen The Creatures, and the catchy nu-folk of Chester band Shy and The Fight.

Doors open at 7.30pm, with the music from 8pm to 11pm

Tickets are:-
£6 direct from any of the bands, or by emailing enquiries@KCOmusic.com
£6 + booking and transaction fees from seetickets
£7 on the door

And as a treat, here’s a YouTube video featuring some of the guys from KCO being interviewed by Liverpool Live.
