Hey there and welcome to the Liverpool Acoustic Spotlight for May’s Liverpool Acoustic eXtra show. Hope everyone is well!

This month’s Liverpool Acoustic Extra is on Friday 13th May at the View Two Gallery on Mathew Street, and will feature sets from Nick Ellis (from the Maybes), Sense Of Freedom, John Holmes and The Southbound Attic Band

You can pre-order your tickets at wegottickets.com/Liverpoolacoustic . Tickets are £4 if you book online or £5 on the door on the night. Doors open at 8.00pm and the music starts at 8.30pm
SOUTHBOUND ATTIC BAND
First up we’ve got the Southbound Attic band. The Southbound Attic Band consist of Barry Jones and Ronnie Clark. They have been actively gigging on the live scene for a number of years and have a very distinct sound. We are very pleased to have them back playing for Liverpool Acoustic eXtra on Friday13th May. Next up we have Sense Of Freedom. Sense Of Freedom are from Liverpool and take their influence from Portishead, PJ Harvey and Skunk Anansie The band consist of Fiona on vocals, Glancy on guitar, John on bass, Jab on drums and Ade on keyboards. Friday 13th May will be the bands first appearance at the View Two Gallery. The guys are currently working on a CD and also working on a website.

JOHN HOLMES
Next up we have a track from John Holmes. John will be performing at the View Two on Friday 13th and will be his first time performing for us. John is currently working on some new songs at the moment and is very much looking forward to performing for us.

NICK ELLIS
Last up we have Nick Ellis. Nick Ellis is the lead singer of Liverpool band The Maybes. Nick will be performing a special solo show for us on Friday 13th May at the View Two. Nick’s band The Maybes have had many hits on myspace and have gigged extensively in around the North West area.
